Surgical First Assist certification required within 6 months of hireĬurrent RN license in the State of OregonĬertification as a Operating Room RN (CNOR) Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.Ĭompletion of an accredited RN First Assist Program which meets the standards established by AORN Compliance with all hospital and department policies/procedures, standards and mission statements is mandatory.
